Li-Fire Return Policy
At Li-Fire, we stand behind the quality of our products and want customers to feel confident in their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned under the following terms:
Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include custom or special-order products, clearance or final-sale items, and items that have been used or altered.
Restocking Fee

A 50% restocking fee applies to all returns.

This fee does not apply if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was shipped.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process

Contact Li-Fire Customer Service at sales@li-fire.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your return.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected. Applicable restocking fees and shipping costs will be deducted.
Exchanges & Defects
