ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK: User understands that the use of the Company's Li-Fire EV fire blankets or Stat-X Aerosol ("Products") involves certain risks, including but not limited to, risk of property damage, personal injury, or death. User willingly assumes these risks.

DISCLAIMER: Company makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, about the fitness or suitability of the Products for a particular purpose. Company does not guarantee that the Products will prevent damage or injury in the event of a fire.

GUIDELINES & E-LEARNING: All guidelines are meant as general deployment techniques. Every emergency and fire is different and each must be evaluated by professional firefighters based on the circumstances surrounding the emergency. This is to serve as a general guideline as to how to implement the Li-Fire system and is not intended to be the deployment methodology for every situation

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY: User hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by User, or any property belonging to User, while using the Products, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise.

GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Unites States of America
