Li-Fire Return Policy

At Li-Fire, we stand by the quality and reliability of our products. Due to the specialized nature of our fire suppression products, most items are not eligible for return. However, we recognize that in rare cases, a product may fail to meet the expected standards.

Return Eligibility:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the safety and critical application of our fire suppression products, returns are generally not accepted. This policy ensures the integrity and effectiveness of our products, which are designed for emergency situations.
  • Return Exceptions: Returns are only considered if there is a documented product failure. To initiate a return, you must provide comprehensive evidence of the defect, including documentation, videos, and photos clearly demonstrating the issue.

Important: All return requests, along with the required evidence, must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Return Process:

  1. Initiating a Return: If you believe your product is eligible for a return, please send an email to info@li-fire.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST.
  2. Required Documentation: In your email, include detailed documentation of the issue, accompanied by videos and photos. This evidence will be reviewed by our technical team to assess the validity of the return request.
  3. Review Process: Once we receive your return request, our team will thoroughly review the provided evidence. We may contact you for additional information if needed.
  4. Approval: If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product. Please note that only items approved by our review team will be accepted for return.

Important Notes:

  • All return requests and supporting evidence must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
  • Unauthorized returns, or returns without sufficient documentation, will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless otherwise specified by Li-Fire.
